Glenn Allison currently serves as Vice President of Enterprise Architecture, Governance, & Innovation Labs for Tractor Supply Company, the largest rural lifestyle retailer with over 1,700 retail stores in 49 states and annual revenues of approximately $7.2 billion.

He and his team are responsible for the technology strategy required to support company growth to 2,500 stores and over $10 billion in sales.

Since joining Tractor Supply Company in 2015, Glenn’s responsibilities have included leadership of multiple IT functions, including Enterprise Architecture, Cloud & Infrastructure Services, Innovation Labs, Network Services, Quality Assurance, and IT Solution Delivery.

Prior to Tractor Supply, Glenn worked previously at Kellogg Company, where he was responsible for global architecture and engineering in over 180 countries. Prior to Kellogg’s, Glenn held several leadership roles at W.W. Grainger, one of the largest eCommerce retailers in the United States.

Glenn received his MBA from the University of Chicago and Master of Science in Information Technology from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.

He is currently a member of the Tocqueville Society for the United Way of Williamson County, member of Leadership Brentwood, and was recently named to the “40 Under 40” list by the Nashville Business Journal. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Nashville Technology Council.
