Baylor Bone Swindell is a lawyer and lobbyist in Nashville with an expertise in technology advocacy. She helps organizations connect with government - specifically with the City of Nashville and the Tennessee General Assembly. She has helped shape the regulatory framework locally for several market disruptors including: Uber, Tesla, Amazon, HomeAway and ofo Bike. She also represents the Nashville Technology Council and serves on its Advocacy Committee. 

Baylor knows firsthand the ups and downs of being a startup entrepreneur. She is the founder of Whipcard, a mobile app that allows lobbyists to track and collaborate on vote counts from their phone, and she’s entering her third year of fulfilling her lifelong dream as founder and CEO at the Baylor Company.
